Dr. Sandeep Keshavan is a scientific leader in biotechnology and healthcare innovation, serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WASAKE Pvt Ltd—a cutting-edge consultancy and technology-driven company dedicated to advancing solutions across life sciences, diagnostics, sustainability, and health systems. He is also the Chief Scientific Officer of Inflanova AB, a Swedish biotech company pioneering antibody-based diagnostics and therapies targeting chronic inflammatory diseases and cardiovascular risk.

With more than 12 years of international experience spanning academic research, strategic innovation, and translational science, Dr. Keshavan brings a deep commitment to scientific excellence and real-world impact. He holds a Ph.D. in Nanosciences from the prestigious Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, where he pioneered research on biointerfaces and advanced tissue models.

Throughout his career, Dr. Keshavan has worked at globally respected institutions including the Adolphe Merkle Institute (Switzerland), Karolinska Institutet (Sweden), and the Indian Institute of Science, leading cross-disciplinary projects focused on immune responses, regenerative biology, and next-generation healthcare technologies.

He has authored over 40 scientific publications and book chapters, with more than 500 citations. His expertise spans biotechnology, biosensing, cellular engineering, and sustainability-driven innovation. Dr. Keshavan is widely recognized for his ability to bridge scientific research with scalable, real-world solutions that improve health and wellbeing.

In addition to his executive roles, Dr. Keshavan serves as a Visiting Professor at KIIT University, where he mentors emerging researchers and contributes to building the next generation of scientific leadership.
